We had the M Family in town for the weekend. Good times showing them some of what Eastern Oregon has to offer. Good thing O'l Windy didnt disappoint.

The Hoedown Throwdown

Lessons learned on this sunny Sunday.

#1. Check hammock thouroughly after taking it out of winter storage.
#2. Allow only 1 human at a time on the hammock, no matter how little the other 2 humans are.
#3. Never allow anyone to play under the hammock while others are on it.
#4. A group of three take .001 seconds to make contact with the ground (or Emery's head) when a cable snaps on the hammock.
#5. A 7 year old's heads is not ever meant to break the fall of her 34 year old mother.
#6. However, apparently 7 year old heads bounce back to perefect health much faster than a 34 year old woman's lower back. For that I am very grateful.
#7. Trauma makes a woman very sleepy.
#8. Advil and a heat pad are my friends.

It's T-Ball Time!

These pictures were taken at Ty's first game of the season. He had fun, but it was pretty hilarious seeing them all run after the same ball and tackling each other for it. They did much better the second game at staying in their positions. We have lots of little friends on the team so the girls get to have some fun playtime with their friends during the games as well. Here's to a busy spring season.

Kimberly's Wedding

Well, I got in one picture. Thanks Angela for taking it. Kimberly and Zach's wedding was a blast, so fun to photograph a sorority sister's wedding! The wedding was amazing...totally unique venue and such a party! I posted a few sneaks on my photo blog, there will be more from the wedding as well as Leah and Mike's engagement session and Molly's sweet family's session.

The Melting Pot

This is a very bad post for me to be doing right now. It's snack hour...but I am counting points to try to loose a few pounds. So I am starving and all I want to do after seeing these pictures is eat!!!

Anyhoo...Mike and I got a date night while we were in Seattle. It was awesome! Date night rarely happens for us, so it is always a treat. We joined Luke and Jamie at the melting pot and pigged out! So good!! Of course...camera was in tow.

Word of advice. If going to the Melting Pot, go with friends whom you are really comfortable with and get along with well, because your there for hours. Of course, Jamie and Luke fit that description of friendship quite well. Love you guys!
